These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Flaunt platform operated by Fuzzy Force Technologies Pvt. Ltd. ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using our platform at letsflaunt.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
By creating an account or using our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our platform.
Flaunt is an AI-native SaaS platform that provides multimodal AI agents for social media trends and marketing. Our services include content discovery, content creation, and content distribution tools powered by artificial intelligence.
To access certain features of the platform, you must register for an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.

The platform, including its design, features, content, and functionality, is owned by Fuzzy Force Technologies Pvt. Ltd. and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any content you create using our tools, subject to our license to use such content to provide and improve our services.
Content generated through our AI agents is provided "as is." While we strive for accuracy and quality, we do not guarantee that AI-generated content will be error-free, complete, or suitable for your specific needs. You are responsible for reviewing and approving all content before publishing or distributing it.
Certain features of the platform require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to pay the applicable fees as described on our pricing page. All payments are processed securely through our third-party payment providers. All payments made are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in our Cancellation & Refund policy.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fuzzy Force Technologies Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the platform at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
For users in the European Union or European Economic Area: nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under applicable mandatory EU consumer or business protection laws. Where mandatory EU law provides you with stronger protections than these Terms, those protections apply. EU/EEA business users may also refer to the EU Platform-to-Business Regulation (EU) 2019/1150 for applicable rights.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any material changes by updating the "Date of Last Update" above. Your continued use of the platform after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
In compliance with Regulation (EU) 2024/1689 on Artificial Intelligence (the "EU AI Act"), we provide the following disclosures regarding the AI systems embedded in our platform.
Flaunt's AI agents — including Social Trend Agent, Fashion Trend Agent, Content Discovery Agent, Social Media Assets, Catalog Enrichment, Product Photography, Social Media Manager, E-commerce & Website, and Retargeting Channels — are classified as Limited Risk AI systems under the EU AI Act. They are professional marketing tools that assist human decision-making and do not fall within the high-risk categories listed in Annex III of the EU AI Act.
By using the Flaunt platform, you are interacting with AI systems. Our agents autonomously analyse data, generate content, and provide recommendations. You are hereby informed, as required by Article 50 of the EU AI Act, that:
The Flaunt platform is designed with human oversight at its core. Users retain full control over all content before it is published or distributed. We encourage all users to apply critical judgement when using AI-generated outputs and to verify accuracy, especially in regulated contexts (e.g. advertising claims, product descriptions).
You agree not to use our AI systems for any purpose prohibited under Chapter II of the EU AI Act, including but not limited to: subliminal manipulation, social scoring, exploitation of vulnerabilities, or any other prohibited AI practice.
