Fuzzy Force Technologies Pvt. Ltd., India — support@letsflaunt.com
As a company established outside the EU/EEA that offers services to EU/EEA residents, we are required under Article 27 GDPR to appoint a representative within the EU/EEA. We are currently in the process of making this appointment. In the interim, EU/EEA residents may address all data protection enquiries directly to support@letsflaunt.com. This page will be updated once an EU Representative is formally appointed.
We only process your personal data where we have a lawful basis under Article 6 GDPR:
Our website uses a consent-gated cookie banner (Google Consent Mode v2). No analytics cookies are set until you actively accept them. You can change your preference at any time via the "Cookie Settings" link in the footer.
Data is processed in India (not an EU-adequate country). We rely on Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission under Article 46 GDPR as the transfer safeguard. You may request a copy of our transfer documentation by contacting support@letsflaunt.com.
We retain data only as long as necessary. Account data is deleted within 90 days of account closure; billing records are kept for 7 years for legal compliance; analytics data is retained for up to 26 months. Full retention schedules are in our Privacy Policy.
As an EU/EEA resident, you have the following rights under the GDPR. To exercise any of them, contact us at support@letsflaunt.com. We will respond within 30 days.
The EU Artificial Intelligence Act (Regulation (EU) 2024/1689) entered into force on August 1, 2024, with phased implementation timelines. Here is our compliance posture.
All AI agents provided by Flaunt — including trend discovery, content creation, and distribution agents — are classified as Limited Risk AI systems under the EU AI Act. They do not fall within any of the high-risk categories listed in Annex III of the Act (e.g. critical infrastructure, employment, education, law enforcement, or biometric identification).
Flaunt informs all users that they are interacting with AI systems. Content, trend insights, and marketing recommendations generated by our platform are produced or materially assisted by artificial intelligence. This disclosure is made in our Terms & Conditions and within the platform interface.
Our platform is designed so that human users retain full control before any AI-generated content is published or acted upon. We do not support autonomous publishing without explicit user approval.
Flaunt does not engage in, and expressly prohibits users from engaging in, any AI practices prohibited under Chapter II of the EU AI Act, including subliminal manipulation, social scoring, or exploitation of psychological vulnerabilities.
Some of our AI capabilities are built on or integrate third-party general-purpose AI models provided by reputable providers who maintain their own EU AI Act compliance programmes. We assess these providers to ensure alignment with our obligations.
The Digital Services Act (EU) 2022/2065 primarily regulates online intermediaries and platforms that host or disseminate third-party content to the public. Flaunt is a B2B SaaS tool that helps brands manage their own content on third-party social platforms — it does not itself host or publish user-generated content for public consumption.
Accordingly, Flaunt does not qualify as a hosting service, online platform, or Very Large Online Platform (VLOP) under the DSA. We nonetheless support responsible use of our platform in line with the DSA's objectives, including transparency about algorithmic recommendations and prohibiting use of our platform to create or distribute illegal content.
