Shipping & Delivery Policy (Products)
- For International buyers, orders are shipped and delivered through registered international courier companies and/or International speed post only. For domestic buyers, orders are shipped through registered domestic courier companies and /or speed post only. Orders are shipped within 15 working days or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation and delivering of the shipment subject to Courier Company / post office norms.
- Letsflaunt.com is not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company / postal authorities and only guarantees to hand over the consignment to the courier company or postal authorities within 10 working days from the date of the order and payment or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation. Delivery of all orders will be to registered address of the buyer as per the credit/debit card only at all times (unless specified at the time of Order). Letsflaunt.com is in no way responsible for any damage to the order while in transit to the buyer. For all payments Letsflaunt.com is proud to use EBS for fast, easy and efficient secure payments. All major credit cards are accepted.
- For customer satisfaction, we are providing free of charge shipping for all pre-paid orders to be delivered inside India, however, for international couriers, the requisite delivery charges will apply, as per the courier company.
- We at LetsFlaunt process the order within 24-72 hours from the day we receive the order and handover the product basis its availability to the courier vendor
- We assure you that all due precautions are taken so that your package reaches you intact. If you have shopped with us earlier, we are of course confident that you already vouch for us!
We understand that a lot of you may be buying from us for the first time, and might have concerns around purchasing products whose fit or material you may not be sure of. Our returns policy guidelines take care of all that.
- All returns must be in unused condition with all original tags and packaging intact.
- Our Quality Assurance team will take the final call on whether to approve or reject a return.
- The refund amount on a successful return will be credited to you in the form of a credit to your cash back account on Letsflaunt.com. The credit would not be transferrable and would be usable only on your user ID on Letsflaunt.com.
- For a smoother return process, we would like our customers to dispatch the cancelled/exchange order at our address D3-SF, M2K Spring, Sector-50, Gurgaon-122018. We would reimburse with a Rs.100 coupon to cover your shipping costs for returns shipped by you. This is on condition of your return being approved by our QA team.
- Kindly check the product whether it is defective or any other issues properly once the courier guy delivers you the product. We shall not be responsible for such contingencies in case you do not check the product in front of him and have issues later with it. The products will not be refundable on such grounds.
- The customized products will not be refundable as they would be custom made.
- Once your return request has been placed, we understand that the delivery time would depend on your chosen courier. Allow for about 7-10 days for delivery to Letsflaunt.com. From the time that we receive your returns, your returns would be processed and the refund credited to your Letsflaunt.com cash back account within 3-5 working days.
- There will be no return requests entertained in cases of items under discounts or sale.
- All refund will be in the form of coupons/vouchers only.
- Damages due to neglect, improper usage or application will not be covered under our Returns Policy.
Letsflaunt.com believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:
- Cancellations will be considered if the request is made within 72 hours of placing an order. However, the cancellation request will not be entertained if the process of shipping them has been initiated.
- There is no cancellation of orders placed under the Same Day Delivery category.
- No cancellations are entertained for those products that Letsflaunt.com has obtained on special occasions like Pongal, Diwali, and Valentine’s Day etc. These are limited occasion offers and therefore cancellations are not possible.
- No cancellations are entertained for those products that Letsflaunt.com has custom made for you under the custom flaunt and flaunt your individuality category, while the intent will always be to provide you amazing experience with each of your order placed. These are special custom made products and therefore cancellations are not possible.
- In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 24 hours of receiving the product. The Customer Service Team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.
- The color and shape of the picture of the product might differ in look and feel from the original one. Letsflaunt.com will not entertain any query or complains regarding the same. While we will certainly take care that the originality of the product will be visible as fairly as it can on the website.
- LetsFlaunt.com reserves the right to cancel any order without any explanation for doing so, under situation where LetsFlaunt.com is not able to meet the requirement of the order placed or order so placed/cancelled does not comply with the LetsFlaunt.com policy or for any other reason. However, LetsFlaunt.com will ensure that any communication of cancellation of an order, so cancelled, is intimated within appropriate time to the concerned person and any applicable refund will be made in reasonable time.
- If you cancel your order before the product has shipped, you can get an on-line Letsflaunt voucher.
